San Francisco, CA - October 16, 2017 - Black Hearth Catering announced Monday to donate 50% of its November profits for North Bay fire relief and recovery.
Black Hearth’s pledge to the relief and recovery efforts will be facilitated by splitting the donations between the Napa Valley Community Foundation Disaster Relief Fund (http://www.napavalleycf.org) and The Sonoma County Resilience Fund (http://www.sonomacf.org/sonoma-county-resilience-fund).
“The entire Bay Area has been affected by these devastating fires,” Black Hearth owner Chris Black said in a statement. “Beyond the lives and homes lost to this tragedy, long-term support will be needed to rebuild after first-response services have withdrawn from the region. For that reason, Black Hearth has chosen the community foundations of Napa and Sonoma counties to facilitate our donations toward the long-term challenge before these communities.”
Join Black Hearth in the commitment to provide help to those affected by this disaster by making a gift to the Napa Valley Community Foundation Disaster Relief Fund or the Sonoma County Resilience Fund. Your gift enables these foundations to make an impact in long-term relief efforts in their communities.
